我們的創辦人阿正是香港著名喜劇演員之一，在大學讀書時曾是一名咖啡師。 當她追逐成為電台 DJ 和喜劇演員的夢想時，她對咖啡的熱情從未停止。 她於 2020 年推出了線上零售店，銷售新鮮烘焙的排耳包咖啡，幾年後，我們的第一家實體店：咖啡呀唔該正式於 2023 年 7 月開業。
